“ Reviews were hot on the wings so I came and tried the wings. Smaller seating area inside with a pretty sizable bar seating area and plenty of TVs spanning across the bar. Service was great at the bar, changed TVs to different games quickly and fooddrink orders were fast and easy. Went with 8 wings with a side of tots. Tried then Nashville hot and honey buffalo sauces. The Nashville hot was spot on and the Buffalo honey was immaculate, nice kick with a little hint of sweetness. Wings were cooked great, decent size, little char on them and sauced properly. Tots were solid as well. ”

“ We have been waiting to try this place. It has been mentioned in the Buffalonians in NC Facebook group multiple times as a must go, and we are so glad we did. This place is tight! Bar on the right and a single row of tables against a wall full of bench seats. People arent very kind when walking through. Saw a patron plow through a server without a sorry which was cruddy. Speaking of that server, they were awesome! Super kind, full of suggestions and banter when we mentioned we were from Buffalo, even didnt give me any trouble when I asked for ranch something Id be shunned for in Buffalo . We ordered the beef on weck and four wing combo. Got the wings with Buffalo sauce and the honey hot barbecue on the side. The BOW was outstanding. Great horseradish! The wings were large and juicy. Would have liked to have some extra napkins on the table or wet wipes because of the wings but I really couldnt complain when it was so delicious. We live over an hour away, and on our way home I said Id drive there once every month or two because it was so delicious. Next time were getting a chicken finger sub! ”

“ Absolute hidden gem in downtown WinstonSalem! We ended up here after being utterly disappointed by a place right up the block, and let me tell you if we didnt have a show to get to last night, we could have stayed here for hours! The bartender was so attentive and kind, and the food and drink was exceptional. We ordered the pretzel bites appetizer with cheese and mustard, and talk about starting high! The pretzels were buttery and hot with a crispy outside and fluffy inside. The cheese was AMAZING! I saved it to dip my burger and tots and I really could have just eaten it with a spoon. We ordered the classic burger and the bbq bacon fried onion burger with sweet potato fries and tots, respectively. Everything was delicious, hot, and fresh. I have a longstanding dislike for sweet potato fries, but I shamelessly ended up stealing 90 of the sweet potato fries on my wifes plate! They were crispy, sweet, and savory. The perfect accompaniment to the burgers. There are plenty of TVs to watch, whether youre at the bar or seated at a table. This staff knows what theyre doing, and they do it so well!! The quality of the food, drink, and service you get at such an affordable price point is beyond awesome. I wouldnt hesitate to drive 2hours again to eat and drink here. Dont walk, RUN to Hungry Palate! ”

“ Came here on Monday and scored a delicious burger and fries for 10 that I simply forgot to take a picture of. Excellent beer selection as well. Came back Tuesday. Despite their excellent specials for Taco Tuesday, I opted for wings as I love wings and knew I couldnt come back on Wednesday for their wings special. So happy I did. Sauce of the week was Buffalo Garlic Parm which was an absolutely perfect take on one of my favs! But to cap it all off, the jumbo wings were actually as advertised, jumbo, but also crispy and juicy, a difficult feat for cooking wings! I travel the East coast for work, I eat wings in every city I visit, and Im not lying when I say these were some of the best wings Ive ever had, Buffalo included! Cheers to Hungry Palate, I will definitely be back when Im back in town! ”
